Payment Procedures

A. The payment scheduled for school fees will be as follows:

The payment schedule for school fees will be as follows:

1. Termly Billing: fees are invoiced by Term

2. Registration Fee for 2013/2014: payment due by March 1^st, 2013 (once the registration process has been completed the Term 1 fees are also payable).

3. Term I Fees: payment due by July 1^st, 2013

4. Term II Fees: payment due by December 1^st, 2013

5. Term III Fees: payment due by April 1^st, 2014

B. Terms and Conditions:

Once the registration process has been completed, the student is deemed to be enrolled in the school. If for any reason the student does not attend, the registration fee is not refundable and Term I fees are still payable. School needs a one term warning for student's withdrawal or the respective fees will still be due.

C. Payment Procedures:

All amounts must be received by the school net of all bank charges.
